Radio broadcasting  

A total of 18 national and 14 regional FM radio stations operate in Estonia, as well as 1 international AM radio station. 

Digital radio tests were carried out in Tallinn in the DAB standard between 2000 and 2005 on channel 10D (center frequency 215.072 MHz). There have been no subsequent tests.

TV broadcasting

In Estonia, the 470-694 MHz band is allocated to TV broadcasting. The DVB-T and DVB-T2 standards are in use.

There will be a switchover to full high definition (HD) picture quality on the DVB-T2 standard in the next few years.
