Winners of the auctions

The operative part of the decision confirming the winner in the electronic auction for the Saare 1 sea area (23rd of January 2025 Decision No 1-7/25-019):

The CPTRA decides, pursuant to subsection 3, 10 and 12 of § 113¹⁰ of the Building Code, subsection 5 and 6 of § 7 of the Minister of Economics and Infrastructure’s Regulation No. 20 of 14 March 2023 "Procedure for initiating the superficies licence proceedings by competitive tender" and taking into account the result of the electronic auction for the Saare 1 sea area:

1. To confirm Oxan Energy (French registry code 952 617 298), who made the highest bid in the amount of 1,320,000 euros, as the winner of the electronic auction of the Saare 1 sea area, which took place from 21st of January 2025 at 12:00 to 23rd of January 2025 at 12:00.
2. The winner of the electronic auction referred to in point 1 must pay the charge of 1,293,600  euros, which is the the highest bid amount of the auction minus the deposit fee, no later than on the 25th of February 2025.
3. To return the deposit fee of 26,400 euros to OÜ Utilitas Wind.

The operative part of the decision confirming the winner in the electronic auction for the Saare 2.2 sea area (28th of June 2024 Decision No 1-7/24-214):

The CPTRA decides, pursuant to subsection 3, 10 and 12 of § 11310 of the Building Code, subsection 5 and 6 of § 7 of the Minister of Economics and Infrastructure’s Regulation No. 20 of 14 March 2023 "Procedure for initiating the superficies licence proceedings by competitive tender" and taking into account the result of the electronic auction for the Saare 2.2 sea area:

1. To confirm Deep Wind Offshore AS (Norwegian registry code 925 544 590), who made the highest bid in the amount of 1,327,500 euros, as the winner of the electronic auction of the Saare 2.2 sea area, which took place from 26th of June 2024 at 12:00 to 28th of June 2024 at 12:00.

2. The winner of the electronic auction referred to in point 1 must pay the charge of 1,300,947  euros, which is the the highest bid amount of the auction minus the deposit fee, no later than on the 29th of July 2024.

3. To return the deposit fee of 26,550 euros to OÜ Utilitas Wind.
 

The operative part of the decision confirming the winner in the electronic auction for the Saare 2.1 sea area (20th of June 2024 Decision No 1-7/24-205):

The CPTRA decides, pursuant to subsection 3, 10 and 12 of § 113¹⁰ of the Building Code, subsection 5 and 6 of § 7 of the 14th of March 2023 regulation No. 20 of the Minister of Economics and Infrastructure "Procedure for initiating the superficies licence proceedings by competitive tender" and taking into account the result of the electronic auction of the Saare 2.1 sea area:

1. To confirm Deep Wind Offshore AS (Norwegian registry code 925 544 590), who made the highest bid in the amount of 2,457,000 euros, as the winner of the electronic auction of the Saare 2.1 sea area, which took place from 18th of June 2024 at 12:00 to the 20th of June 2024 at 12:00.

2. The winner of the electronic auction referred to in point 1 must pay the charge of 2,407,857  euros, which is the the highest bid amount of the auction minus the deposit fee, no later than on the 22th of July 2024.

3. To return the deposit fee of 49,140 euros to Estonia Offshore Wind DevCo OÜ and OÜ Utilitas Wind.
 

The operative part of the decision confirming the winner in the electronic auction for the Liivi 2 sea area (13th of December 2023 Decision No 1-7/23-413):

The CPTRA decides, pursuant to subsection 3, 10 and 12 of § 113¹⁰ of the Building Code, subsection 5 and 6 of § 7 of the 14th of March 2023 regulation No. 20 of the Minister of Economics and Infrastructure "Procedure for initiating the superficies licence proceedings by competitive tender" and taking into account the result of the electronic auction of the Liivi 2 sea area:

1. To confirm UAB "Ignitis renewables projektai 6" (Lithuanian registry code 306280455), who made the highest bid in the amount of 1,723,500 euros, as the winner of the electronic auction of the Liivi 2 sea area, which took place from 7th of December 2023 at 12:00 to the 13th of December 2023 at 12:00.

2. The winner of the electronic auction referred to in point 1 must pay the charge of 1,689,030 euros, which is the the highest bid amount of the auction minus the deposit fee, no later than on the 12th of January 2024.

3. To return the deposit fee of 34,470 euros to the the following auction participants no later than on the 27th of December 2023:
3.1. Liivi Offshore OÜ;
3.2. OÜ Utilitas Wind.
 

The operative part of the decision confirming the winner in the electronic auction for the Liivi 1 sea area (17 January 2024 Decision No 1-7/24-023):

The CPTRA decides, pursuant to subsection 3, 10 and 12 of § 11310 of the Building Code, subsection 5 and 6 of § 7 of the Minister of Economics and Infrastructure’s Regulation No. 20 of 14 March 2023 "Procedure for initiating the superficies licence proceedings by competitive tender" and taking into account the result of the electronic auction for the Liivi 1 sea area:

1. To confirm UAB "Ignitis renewables projektai 6" (Lithuanian registry code 306280455), who made the highest bid in the amount of 1,165,500 euros, as the winner of the electronic auction for the Liivi 1 sea area, which took place from 11 of January 2024 at 12:00 to 17 January 2024 at 12:00.

2. The winner of the electronic auction referred to in point 1 must pay the charge of 1,142,190 euros, which is the the highest bid amount of the auction minus the deposit fee, no later than on 16 February 2024.

3. To return the deposit fee of 23,310 euros to Sunly Wind OÜ no later than on 31 January 2024.
